Groups

What are support groups?

The Tully Support Centre runs several structured and social support groups designed to educate, empower and support our community. A support group is a place for people to give and receive both emotional and practical support as well as to exchange information.

Why join a support group?

Support groups are made up of people with common interests and experiences. People who have been through, or are going through, a similar circumstance can relate to what you are going through and keep you from feeling like you are alone.

Is there a cost?

Some social support groups run by the Tully Support Centre may require a gold coin donation to help cover the costs of running the groups.

All structured support groups run by the Tully Support Centre are provided free of charge to the community as this is part of the quality support service that the centre provides to individuals and families.
