Panama Support

What is the TSC Panama Support Service?

The Panama Support Service (PSS) is a confidential service, delivered by trained and qualified staff.

Ask yourself

Do any of the following statements sound familiar?
There are not enough hours in the day.
I find it difficult to relax and wind down.
I have trouble sleeping.
I tend to over-react to situations.
I have trouble concentrating.
I have trouble balancing work and home.

If any of these are affecting the quality of life of you or someone you care about, please contact us.

For parents and carers

Parents and carers should be mindful that stress can also have a significant impact on the wellbeing of children and young people.

Children don’t have the skills to cope the same way adults do and they respond in different ways to family changes or outside pressures.

If you are concerned about changes in the behaviour or actions of your children please seek support.

We will not discuss your information with anyone without your written consent.

We are happy to come to you, at a time and place that is convenient for you and that you are comfortable with.
